Following the release of two albums last year NEGRO, and FlySiifu's, L.A genre-warping artist Pink Siifu has released a new song, alongside a short film 'NATION TYME!'. The piece is in two parts, the first half is a spoken word piece about race injustice, that sees Siifu speak poignant words, 'know my freedom, I know my worth, it's more than you pay', accompanied by a warm 70s-style performance on the screen. The second half is a mellow jazz tinged performance, centred around keys, drenched in hazy delay, with abstract visuals. The piece is a unique and weighty expression of racial grief.
